As the Director of Human Resources you will lead the HR function aligning human capital strategies with business goals to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies fostering a high-performance culture and supporting the growth and scalability of the organization.
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives focusing on talent acquisition retention workforce planning and organizational development.
Talent Management: Oversee full-cycle recruiting onboarding and talent development to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent in the highly specialized additive manufacturing sector.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive innovative and inclusive workplace culture that drives high levels of employee engagement collaboration and productivity.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance management programs including goal setting feedback and career development initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with market trends and support the companys strategic goals.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal state and local regulations reducing organizational risk and promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
HR Operations & Analytics: Leverage HRIS systems to improve HR operations track key HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Leadership Development: Coach and mentor managers and leaders providing guidance on performance management team building and conflict resolution.
Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives to build a diverse workforce that drives innovation and reflects the communities we serve.
Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts supporting the companys growth and scalability as it evolves in a fast-paced technology-driven market.
Qualfications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; SPHR SHRM-SCP or other relevant certifications preferred.
8 years of HR leadership experience ideally within manufacturing technology or engineering environments.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment law and talent management strategies.
Experience scaling HR functions in high-growth or startup environments.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Rippling Workday ADP) and HR analytics.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this full-time position is between $170000 and $230000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position in the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as work experience job-related skills related education work location and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. In addition to a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and equity program as applicable.
