Refrigeration Technician/HVAC
- Ongoing works with flexible rosters
- Work across a variety of Delta FM sites WA wide
- Work when it suits you rostered Casual work
Delta FM has the expertise experience and support to provide exceptional facilities management services to a diverse range of industries in almost any geographic location at any stage of a project. Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.
We are seeking Trade Qualified Refrigeration Technicians/HVACs to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport 12 Hour Days 11 hours Paid. Applicants looking to start in March 2024 are encouraged to apply.
THE POSITION
- Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection classification repairs and planned works
- Fault finding reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
- Actively manage and meet response times rectification times and deadlines
- Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
- Provide mobile device workorders updates and time estimates including risk assessments.
- Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral ethical legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
- Report to Delta FM Operational Support
THE PERSON
- Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- WA Based and able to depart from Perth Airport
- Minimum 3 years-experience in a similar role
- Full ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence
- Full C Class Drivers Licence White Card & current Police Check
- Current CPR LVR WAH CS HRWL EWP highly desirable
- Team player and able to work autonomously
