Beal School. This is an extremely fast-paced position which requires excellent interpersonal skills spelling grammar and computer proficiency skills. Attention to detail patience good judgment and problem-solving skills and a respectful approach in all situations are essential to success in the position. This position would begin as soon as possible and will last through the last day of school currently June 16 2025. The current rate of pay is $23.96-$29.82 per hour based on years of experience in a similar role. This position works a school year schedule Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week). Track and record staff attendance for payroll as bookkeeper and point person for recording and reconciling school budget purchase orders Purchase inventory and maintain sufficient school suppliesMaintain school website with up-to-date informationOrganize student club programs including posting club descriptions managing signups and depositing fundsMaintaining and updating Student and Staff HandbooksManaging building use schedule related to meetings reservations and other activities Interacting in a positive welcoming manner with students and staffBuilding relationships with studentsPerforming typical administrative assistant duties such as answering phone mail greeting visitorsSkills/Attributes/Qualifications:High level of comfort with technology including proficiency with data manipulation utilizing Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets use of VLOOKUP; must be proficient in MS Word MS Excel Google applications.
