Unique opportunity to join the Patent & Trademark department of a prominent New York State law firm.
Job Duties:
Pay range: $65k-$75k. Higher Salary for exceptional experience will be considered.

Unique opportunity to join the Patent & Trademark department of a prominent New York State law firm.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and e-file various US and PCT patent documents and forms
- Prepare and e-file Information Disclosure Statements and obtain prior art references
- Record assignments with USPTO
- Coordinate and manage foreign filings with international agencies
- Review and monitor communications from USPTO and foreign patent offices
- Maintain patent docketing records and deadlines
- Prepare and file US trademark applications renewals documents etc.
- Coordinate with foreign counsel on international trademark filings
- Conduct preliminary trademark clearance searches and prepare related summaries for attorney review
- Maintain and update client IP portfolios
- Prepare and update client reports regarding status of applications and patents
Pay range: $65k-$75k. Higher Salary for exceptional experience will be considered.
