Position Summary...
What youll do...
We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Resolution Specialist you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and providing exceptional customer service. You will investigate issues gather information and collaborate with other departments to find solutions that meet the customers needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career with a leading retailer.
Shift: Candidates must be available to work between the hours of 9:30am-7pm Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays may be required if business needs change.
Salary: $18.40/Hr.
Job Duties:
- Resolve customer complaints and provide resolutions that are fair and reasonable.
- Investigate issues and gather information to understand the root cause of the problem.
- Collaborate with other departments to find solutions that meet the customers needs.
- Communicate with customers via phone email and chat to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our database.
- Identify and address any recurring issues or trends to prevent future complaints.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Adhere to Walmarts code of conduct and values in all interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computers and software applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible adaptability
