Are You the Next Legend

Our Accounting Clerk is responsible for assisting with accounting and administrative functions including recording daily deposits recording layaway payments coding and entering of accounts payable processing payments monthly statement reconciliations and miscellaneous accounting/administrative duties as needed.

Essential Job Functions

• Reviewing invoices and batching
• Entering commission on service invoices
• Other duties assigned by manager.

Essential Job Requirements

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Required Qualifications:

• Well organized and ability to work independently
• Accurate and thorough with strong attention to detail
• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other team members of the organization. Must be able to read write speak and comprehend English
• Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with Service Titan

Compensation & Hours:

• $18.50 / hour
• Hours: Part Time / 10-12 hours per week (flexible hours)
• Location: Remote must be able to commute to our office for trainings

Candidates must successfully pass a drug test reference checks and background check prior to being hired.
