If so this role will provide the opportunity to interact with others across the SF Quality Control and Operational Risk Management (QC& OPRM) department division and enterprise in the planning coordination and execution of risk reporting through a variety of business management compliance functions to include Records Management Department and Divisional Policies and Procedures Workforce Planning and ad hoc requests that arise in support of the division!
The ideal person will work under supervision of the business management Director have a questioning nature and be thorough with the ability to see the big picture and present solutions to improve current processes.
Our team is responsible for providing a broad range of business management functions for the department divisional and enterprise level in addition to the board and external parties.
We support department leadership in the drive and execution of quality control and operational risk strategy and objectives and help ensure an efficient and effective QC& OPRM department.
Work closely with department leaders on business management compliance activities
Identify chances to create more effective business management processes for the department
Assist the business management team with ad hoc requests
College Degree (Finance or related field)
2-4 years work experience in the financial services industry
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially PowerPoint Excel and SharePoint
Time management with a sense of urgency in meeting established deadlines and ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail with ability to think strategically and see the big picture
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and coordinate across all levels of the organization
Ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying issues improvement opportunities

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $84000 - $126000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Required Experience:
