The ideal IT Field Technician candidates should be hard working autonomous and organized. Candidates should be eager to join a multi-disciplinary team. The team of providers collaborate to provide an individualized treatment approach that recognizes each childs individual needs and personality.
IT Field Technician Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides onsite technical support across multiple locations by traveling to the sites to install troubleshoot and maintain hardware software network systems and help with the customer help desk.
Assist IT Team in specific projects to promote the development and automation of the companies Eyas Landing Blue Bird Day and Merlin Day Academy (Admin Branch).
Provide onsite technical support for desktops laptops printers mobile devices and network hardware
Install configure and troubleshoot operating systems software and applications
Respond to service requests and incidents within SLAs
Perform hardware repairs upgrades and peripheral installations
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Assist with new site setups office relocations and tech refresh projects
Maintain accurate records of repairs asset inventory and service documentation
Educate users on basic troubleshooting and best practices
Collaborate with remote support teams and escalate complex issues as needed
Meet weekly with IT Team and lead of projects to report work completed and set expectations for project development.
Work independently to execute IT projects including Zendesk support and explore development automation of internal processes staff development trainings and other projects needed to meet the companys needs.
Ensure HIPAA compliance of Patient Health Information (PHI) when working in our company system and data.
Ensure confidentiality of proprietary company information and employee data when working in our company systems.
Education
Bachelors degree in Information Technology/Computer Science preferred
CompTIA A Network or similar certifications strongly preferred
Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk) preferred
Familiarity with Office 365 administration SharePoint Teams VPNs iOS and MDM PowerShell or Python scripting
Prior experience in a multi-site or MSP environment
Excellent analytical communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
