Job Title: OWL BAR BARTENDER
Rate of Pay: $8.00/hour tips
Shift: Variable shifts Monday Sunday
Part-Time
WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS REQUIRED

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails beers wines and non-alcoholic drinks with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests engaging with them to understand their preferences and make drink recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including bar equipment glassware and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with beverage and health regulations including responsible alcohol service and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with barbacks servers and kitchen staff to fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately.
- Enter orders into the point of sale system process payments and manage cash transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology drink recipes and beverage trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
- To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess or obtain a valid food handlers permit within 30 days of employment.
- Must possess or obtain a valid alcohol service permit within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
