Our client is seeking an ETS-IT Operator-15417-Onsite in Winchester VA. You seem to have a rock-solid profile and your overall background seems to be a great match for the position.

Description:
- 100% on site (Winchester)
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software
- Familiarity with PC Laptop and Thin Client devices
- Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
- Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control Scanning updating tracking collection and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment.
- Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs installs and cable management.
- Ability to work independently and in a large group setting
- Effective organizational planning and time management
A General Coordinator Operator ensures smooth operations across the IT department. They handle coordination tasks between different teams manage schedules and track project progress.
