Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Stokesley North Yorkshire
Salary: Dependent on experience

Our client a highly regarded and well-established law firm with strong roots in the North Yorkshire region is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their successful team based in Stokesley (however other office locations may be considered please contact me for more info).
This is a key hire for the firm and offers a varied caseload of wills probate estate administration tax planning and powers of attorney. The successful candidate will join a friendly and collaborative department with a loyal client base and an excellent local reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling a full and varied caseload of private client matters including wills LPAs trusts probate and estate administration
Providing sensitive and effective legal advice to a broad client base
Drafting legal documents managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing to business development and networking activity in the local area
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A minimum of 2 years PQE in private client work (solicitor or experienced fee earner)
Confidence in managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
A client-focused and empathetic approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
STEP membership or progression towards this (desirable but not essential)
