Demonstrable experience of managing youth work projects across a range of settings.

Evidence of skills in designing delivering and evaluating youth work training.

Demonstrable ability to embed a Quality Assurance process.

Have access to a suitable vehicle (appropriately maintained and insured for Education Authority business) that will enable you to carry out the mobility requirements of the post in an efficient and effective manner;

Assist the Youth Officer in promoting and supporting curriculum development in the division in line with EA policies. This will include:
The Senior Youth Worker 3 post will make a substantial contribution to the delivery of an Area Plan and the development and management of youth services.
Managing & Developing a Range of Services at Divisional Level
Developing Staff and Facilities at Divisional Level
Working with Agencies to Develop Services at Divisional Level
Leading Project Development and Implementation at Divisional Level and/or Board-wide.
Management Responsibility for Staff within the Designated Area
