• Location: Munich Germany
• Employment Type: Full-Time indefinite term
• Salary Range: 65.000 - 80.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level
• Work mode: On-Site
• Language Requirement: C1 Level English and German

• Support and guide the organization throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Co-own iterate and run processes like onboarding performance development cycles and offboarding
• Coordinate and help develop learning and development initiatives
• Act as a point of contact for employee questions on People topics
• Contribute to building an inclusive engaging and collaborative workplace culture
• Support internal communication and change processes where needed
• Own or support administrative processes such as contract changes leave tracking and document management

• 35 years of experience in People roles ideally with exposure to both generalist and operational topics
• A hands-on can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a growing company where not all processes are set in stone
• Fluent in both German and English
• Experience in a tech or startup/scale-up environment
• Solid understanding of German labor law and common People practices

Hi there!

Im Mge currently serving as Head of People at Flexa & Entrix.

Originally from Turkey I moved to Germany in 2015 to build a new chapter of my life. My academic background is in Psychology (BSc and MSc). However I made a deliberate shift into businessa decision that continues to energize and inspire me.

Over the past years Ive built my career in fast-paced tech startups across various stages of growthfrom 20 to over 200 employees. These environments have challenged and shaped me and Ive grown both professionally and personally thanks to the brilliant people Ive worked with.

What drives me today is building People practices that are high-impact business-aligned and designed to scale. I care deeply about clarity ownership and creating environments where individuals can thrive and contribute meaningfully.

In addition to my People leadership work Im also a certified professional coach supporting individuals and teams in their growth journeys. Coaching allows me to bring even more depth and perspective to my workand its a craft I pursue with as much purpose and intention as my People role.

Flexa a Joint Venture between Enpal and Entrix is chartered with delivering a Virtual Power Plant(VPP) delivering exceptional energy cost savings while supporting the transition to a 100% renewable electricity future.

The combination of delivering complete residential energy systems at great cost with savvy market participation in several revenue streams sets us up to deliver real world customer savings while improving customer satisfaction enjoying the advantages of a fully electrified and energy producing home.

Through a deep integration into the installed hardware and a direct connection to the customer interfaces Flexas solution controls the energy assets (such as EV heat pump home storage and others) of the entire Enpal energy community with an exceptional level of accuracy speed transparency and thus customer satisfaction. With intelligent real-time dispatching algorithms Flexa maximizes Enpal customers usable flexibility and its returns on energy markets including costs such as grid fees asset degradation.
