What they do
Working in the commercial and industrial space your customer base will include: warehouses retail HOAs property managers/owners municipalities colleges and schools. They work predominantly on repair and replacement of existing roofs and also offer maintenance plans.
What you will be doing
- Responding to inbound leads as well as self-generating leads through cold calling face to face meetings events etc
- Provide estimates advice and solutions for each customer based on their needs and budget
- Sell repair maintenance and inspection services
- Coordinate timelines with internal teams and subcontractors as well as continually keeping open communication with the customer
- Build and maintain relationships with customers after work is completed
What we need from you
- Ability to generate leads as well as cultivate existing leads and accounts
- Comfortable being outdoors heights and climbing ladders
- Valid clean drivers license
- Commercial outside sales experience preferably in roofing
