Job Description

Our Bartenders are responsible for accurately mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring a positive guest experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Greet each guest who enters the bar area; taking beverage orders directly from guests and/or servers
- Participate and foster positive team relations with fellow bartenders barbacks and bar management
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products offerings menus and promotions
- Provide outstanding service to all guests of the venue.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Age 21 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TIPS or TEAM trained or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of beer wine and spirits and familiarity with standard drink recipes
- Ability to work independently and in a high stress fast paced environment
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment.
- Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights weekends and holidays.

Other Requirements:
- Stand and exert mobility in tight spaces
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment.
- Able to bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently.
