YOUR MISSION

As a Supply Operations Specialist working from Wroclaw youll be at the heart of the actionthe nerve center making sure our courier fleet is firing on all cylinders.

THE JOURNEY

• Recruit and train our Riders (couriers)
• Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies for attracting and retaining Riders
• Monitor the city performance and implement improvements in order to reach operational KPIs
• Solve problems and provide support to Riders
• Handle procurement ensuring all Riders receive their work kits and are ready to spread the Glovo brand
• Manage planning general administration and KPI analysis
• Communicate effectively with the local operations manager regarding processes and customer support operations
