Your mission
Your Role in More Detail:
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT domain expertise and product departments to foster innovation.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to communicate with customers and understand their expectations.
- Product and Project Management:
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog in collaboration with engineering teams to design and build the product.
- Ensure that requirements are clearly understood across the entire development process.
- Analyze technical and business requirements for the compilation of user stories.
- Support the development team in their day-to-day activities.
- Cooperate with the development team to refine and improve the Agile process.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Establish performance metrics and a KPI framework to measure project and product success.
- Communicate project status to Product Management and other stakeholders.
- Lead sprint reviews while closely monitoring implementation status.
Your profile
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Electronics Telecommunications Robotics Software Engineering Computer Science or Physics.
- At least 2 years of experience in product or project management in the tech industry particularly in driving technology-based products such as SaaS or intelligent technology initiatives.
- Proven ability to collaborate with IT engineering and project management teams effectively.
- Expertise in Scrum-based Agile engineering methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira Trello or Microsoft Project.
- Strong ability to analyze and compile user stories and technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A passion for innovation and future mobility trends particularly in the tech and automotive industries.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. German is a plus.
