ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems an international manufacturer of automated door products is seeking a Portal Reconciliation Specialist situated in the Corporate Headquarters office in Monroe NC.
This position will report directly to the NA Portal Manager within the Finance department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assist with monthly/quarterly reconciliation process for all portal customers US and Canada.
Troubleshoot any rejections per company guidelines.
Perform other administrative functions as directed by Manager.
Requirements:
Proven competence plus knowledge of general billing/reconciliation procedures.
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience (2 years billing and/or customer service medical billing/coding experience a plus).
Solid computer skills and familiar with MS office products Word Excel and electronic spreadsheets.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Positive attitude
Flexibility to work overtime during month end and when workload demands it.
Analyze all reporting pertaining to the customer service calls.
