Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Call Center Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clientele. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and update customer records in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
