1st shift (United States of America)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Constantly monitor the accuracy and integrity of collected and reported HMDA data for the Mortgage Retail channel.
2. Conduct testing of HMDA data to ensure accuracy with HMDA regulation identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
3. Partner with Mortgage management to provide support and training to ensure compliance with the HMDA regulation.
4. Monitor and review changes in the laws and regulations regarding HMDA.
5. Partner with Corporate HMDA/Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) team with research and correction of HMDA data.
6. Revise HMDA policy/procedures as directed by changes in the regulation or at the direction of Corporate Compliance - Mortgage Lending.
7. Direct supervision management and development of HMDA Data Integrity Teammates.
8. Help to facilitate an accurate and timely quarterly and annual HMDA Loan Application Register (LAR) submission. Manage audits and special project related to HMDA and resolve all monthly and yearly HDMA Quality Validity and Address Edits as directed by HMDA/CRA Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent education and related functions.
2. Six years of experience in residential mortgage lending including underwriting processing or originations.
3. Four years of supervisory/managerial experience.
4. Excellent analytic capabilities verbal and written communication skills problem solving and project management skills.
5. Ability to develop partnerships persuade and negotiate solutions and lead and coach others.
6. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in business related field.
2. In-depth compliance knowledge of one of the following: compliance risk management mortgage lending HMDA management or fair lending.
3. Seven Years of experience in HMDA related positions.
