An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Sunday Times North Independent School of the Decade as an enquiries administrator. We are looking for someone friendly organised and proactive to become a key member of our external relations team.
In this role you will be the welcoming first point of contact for our diverse school community including parents prospective families pupils alumni colleagues and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing enquiries via phone email and face-to-face interactions supporting key school events such as open days and reunions and assisting our admissions and alumni teams with essential administrative tasks.
Working within a vibrant and collaborative team at our beautiful 140-acre site in north Leeds youll contribute to our reputation for excellence. You will also help to streamline and improve our enquiry and admissions processes ensuring a high-quality service.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative or customer-facing experience preferably within a professional or educational environment. Youll possess excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Strong IT proficiency particularly with Microsoft is advantageous. Flexibility to occasionally support events outside typical working hours is required.
