Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Up to 26000 Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Our client a well-established and child-focused early years setting is on the lookout for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about play learning and building strong bonds with children and families. This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) offering a competitive salary up to 26000 plus a warm supportive team culture and excellent benefits.

This role is ideal for someone who is ready to bring their knowledge of the EYFS to life through hands-on child-led learning.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent) essential
- Previous experience as a nursery practitioner in a professional setting
- Knowledge of child development and strong familiarity with the EYFS
- Excellent teamwork communication and organisational skills
- A nurturing proactive and adaptable approach
- Commitment to inclusive child-centred practice

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS as a skilled nursery practitioner
- Plan observe and reflect on learning experiences that support each childs unique development
- Build trusting relationships with children parents and colleagues
- Promote inclusive practices and contribute to a positive respectful culture within the setting
- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
- Participate in team meetings in-house training and collaborative planning
