What youll need:
- 13 years of customer service experience (retail hospitality or support roles)
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for problem solving
- Commitment to delivering world-class service including regular client updates proactive follow-ups and professional touchpoints through to resolution and closure

Your responsibilities will include
- Support one of our main products and own the customer experience
- Work with clients candidates HR teams and other stakeholders at Martian Logic
- Triage issues and pass to Level 2 support when needed
- Stay across platform updates
- Report to the Support Manager

Remuneration:We expect a high level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return we offer very competitive remuneration and benefits. Based on the years of experience were offering the following package for this role:
- Base: Between $60K and $70K Super depending on experience
- OTE: Between $70K and $90K/Year on meeting KPI(s)
- Share Options: Share options might be offered at end of probation
- Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year.
