Essential Functions:

• Delivering exceptional care to the client in her private home

• Evening Hours Mon-Thurs; 4pm-8pm

• Complete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)

• Supply personal companionship remaining actively engaged with each client

• Assist with personal care activities to include mobility assistance light housekeeping meal preparation and assistance with feeding 2 outdoor cats

• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the clients physical condition mental capability or behavior
