Pay range:
$136698.00 - $218712.00Exciting start-up opportunity in Overlakes first Off-Campus Emergency Department.
Overlake is preparing to open our first OCED facility in Lynnwood this fall. Were looking for an experienced ED nurse manager to serve as the site manager for this 24/7 facility. This new facility will provide ED-level care in a highly collaborative fast-paced setting.
If selected youll play a key role in start-up activities including staff selection. Once the facility opens youll guide your team in delivering the high-quality patient care that Overlake is known for. Youll also work to ensure budgetary targets are achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required. Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years clinical nursing experience in an ED setting.
- Minimum 2 years prior management experience preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington required. (Multi-State RN license is acceptable.)
- Current Health Care Provider CPR Certification.
