The Sales Administration Associate (SAM) supervises and supports the management of sales agreements.
He / She acts as the connecting piece between the customer success manager and the client by handling responsibilities such as keeping track of customer information providing post-sales customer service reports and being the point of contact for all the requests to support the ongoing training.
He / She reports to the SAM Team Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Proceed with the registration and implementation of our solutions for our clients learners in coordination with the Customer Success Team Registration Team and Group Lessons Team to make sure we address the clients needs.
- Take care of any changes needed (credit transfer deadline extension) during the period of the learners training.
- Escalate to the Customer Success/Account Executive in charge of the account any important issue / client need.
- Create reports for analytical purposes share administrative information and answer questions of internal teams (mainly Customer Success Registrations Group Lessons Team).
- Alert the Learning Consultant team with appropriate reports to help increase the learners usage of our solutions.
- Validate the pre-invoices generated bi-weekly and send them by email as needed. Regular follow-up of unpaid invoices by email and phone.
- Regular calls with the Finance & Internal Audit Director to verify the alignment of KPIs.

What were looking for:
- Proven work experience in an administration service
- Mandarin native or bilingual speaker.
- High level of English both written and oral.
- Be able to anticipate potential problems with great problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge of the field of ongoing education with new technologies and/ or customer care would be an advantage.
