The Role
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Insurance Customer Service Representative to join their dedicated office team in Kells. This is a key position providing support to clients throughout the claims process ensuring each case is handled with care efficiency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients offering empathetic and informed support during the claims process
Manage telephone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally
Coordinate with insurers loss adjusters and other third parties to progress claims
Accurately maintain records and documentation in line with internal and regulatory standards
Assist assessors in the preparation and submission of claims documentation
Maintain the highest levels of customer service and uphold the companys client-first ethos
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service role preferably within the insurance sector
Solid understanding of general insurance practices and claims procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Proactive professional and able to work well both independently and in a team
