Tasks
- Ensure successful long-term system deployment and integration into customer workflows
- Provide technical support to existing customers. This requires in-depth hardware & software debugging skills to resolve technical issues
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product teams to support the lifecycle of 8trees hardware and software development
- Assist Business Development team in regional demonstrations and trade shows
- Cultivate strong relationships with technical counterparts at the customer
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering (preferably aerospace electrical mechanical) or related discipline
- 2 years in customer-facing technical role
- Top-notch Engineering mindset analytical thinking; self-driven initiative to anticipate & solve problems; attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and experience with engineering applications
- Aptitude to quickly grasp and apply new concepts
- Adaptability to changing priorities and workloads
- Effective time-management and organizational skills
- Dependability & Flexibility to work with a dynamic globally distributed team
- Extremely strong English communication skills (verbal and written) to describe technical topics so that they are easily understood
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 50% travel (scheduled in advance)
- Humility & Hunger to learn & win
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience with 3D metrology NDT or inspection systems
- Experience in Aviation-MRO / Aerospace / Wind-Turbine / Automotive industries
