The role of a Fresher in Cardiac Anaesthesia (MD DNB DA) is a pivotal position within the medical team at our healthcare facility in Palwal Haryana. This position is essential for providing high-quality anaesthesia care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. As a fresher the candidate will be integral in performing patient assessments administering anaesthesia and monitoring patients throughout surgical interventions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough preoperative assessments of cardiac patients.
- Administer anesthesia during surgical procedures under supervision.
- Monitor vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout the surgical process.
- Manage airway and provide respiratory support as needed.
- Evaluate and respond to patient needs during recovery from anesthesia.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize patient care.
- Document and communicate patient care and medication administration accurately.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines in the operating room.
- Participate in emergency situations providing necessary interventions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiac anaesthesia practices and technologies.
- Assist in performing anesthesia-related procedures as trained.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding anaesthesia.
- Participate in continuing medical education and training sessions.
- Engage in departmental meetings and contribute to case discussions.
- Uphold professional standards and ethical practices in patient care.
Required Qualifications
- MD DNB or DA in Anaesthesia from a recognized institution.
- Basic understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
- Knowledge of anaesthesia pharmacology and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure patient safety.
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively under supervision.
- Motivation and eagerness to learn new techniques and procedures.
