Job Summary:
We are seeking a Patient Relationship & Sales Executive who will play a crucial role in handling inbound and outbound calls building patient relationships and converting leads into booked appointments. This role is a combination of sales and patient relationship management requiring strong communication skills empathy and a target-driven mindset. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high patient engagement while achieving monthly booking targets (e.g. 250 conversions).
Key Responsibilities:
Convert inquiries into confirmed patient bookings by handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Build strong patient relationships by understanding their concerns and guiding them toward the right physiotherapy services.
Achieve sales and conversion targets by following up on leads referrals and past inquiries.
Educate patients on the benefits of physiotherapy and Spectrum Physio s treatment plans.
Proactively reach out to potential patients and leads to maximize appointment bookings.
Handle patient objections and concerns effectively to drive successful conversions.
Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure seamless scheduling and a smooth patient experience.
Maintain accurate records of calls patient interactions and booking conversions.
Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and patient engagement.
Key Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in sales telesales healthcare sales or patient relationship management.
Strong communication persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Ability to meet and exceed conversion targets (e.g. 250 patient bookings per month).
Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls for sales and customer engagement.
Basic understanding of healthcare physiotherapy or wellness services is a plus.
Proficiency in English Kannada and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Self-motivated results-driven and patient-focused mindset.
