Chief of Staff to work closely with the executive leadership team. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives coordinating operations and ensuring alignment across departments to support the company s monthly travel to the company s headquarters for key meetings and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the CTO and executive leadership team driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate strategic planning processes and ensure alignment with the company s overall objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership in managing key projects ensuring timely and effective .
- Oversee the of the executive team s priorities and follow through on key decisions.
- Prepare executive-level reports presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff ensuring smooth communication and decision-making processes.
- Manage special projects and provide support for initiatives related to business growth operational improvements and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business management or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or in a senior operations role ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
Strategic Partnership
- Work closely with the Global CTO to develop execute and prioritise strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Act as a key thought partner brainstorming & identifying solutions to challenges
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives identify potential roadblocks and recommend solutions to drive results
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends competitive landscape and industry best practices
Strategic communication
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and reports to senior management synthesizing business metrics trends and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making
- Represent the meetings and events as needed
Performance Monitoring and Analysis
- Establish metrics and performance indicators to track progress towards organizational goals and objectives
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth providing actionable insights to the CTO and leadership team
Operational Efficiency and Project Management:
- Lead and support strategic projects and programs within the CTOs portfolio from conception to .
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress risks and outcomes to the CTO and executive leadership team
- Develop and propose robust processes and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement
Stakeholder Engagement
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders including senior leadership partners principals and clients to advance organizational goals and priorities
- Act as a key liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders facilitating communication and coordination of activities

- Proven track record of driving Business initiatives managing cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results.
- Experience in a similar or business management role preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment is a plus
