Job Description

Work Environment:
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Email Communication Specialist - Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time
Language: Multi-Language (English Hindi)
Shift Time: 8 AM to 8 PM (with flexibility to any 9-hour window within the shift)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Scanner and Medical Test Reports Uploading Specialist to manage the process of scanning digitizing and uploading medical test reports into the electronic health record (EHR) system. This position is vital to ensure the accurate and timely input of patient data and medical test results while adhering to privacy and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Scan Medical Test Reports: Operate scanning equipment ensuring high-quality images and proper file formats.
  • Upload to EHR System: Accurately upload scanned medical test reports and images into the appropriate patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of the uploaded medical test reports by cross-checking with the original documents to ensure no discrepancies.
  • Organize and Categorize Reports: Properly organize and categorize uploaded medical test reports ensuring easy retrieval and maintaining proper naming conventions.
  • Maintain Data Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient relevant data protection regulations during the uploading process.
  • Document Management: Maintain logs of uploaded reports and regularly audit records for completeness and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting particularly with medical records or data entry/Fresher.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in scanning equipment and file management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and test procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Comfortable with basic office software (MS Word Excel etc. and document management systems.
