Key Responsibilities:
Corporate & Industry Partner Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners for internships apprenticeships and job placements.
- Identify and onboard new corporate partners looking for skilled student talent.
- Ensure corporate partners are engaged and satisfied with student performance and program structure.
- Gather feedback from companies to refine student training and curriculum alignment with industry needs.
Student Mentorship & Support:
- Guide students on career readiness skill development and industry expectations.
- Organize corporate interactions networking events career fairs and mentorship sessions.
- Act as a bridge between students and hiring partners ensuring smooth onboarding and performance tracking.
- Address student concerns regarding placements industry exposure and career growth.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the academics team to align training with corporate expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase student success stories and corporate testimonials.
- Track and analyze placement success rates student performance and employer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide periodic reports on student engagement corporate partnerships and hiring trends.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in corporate relations career services account management or talent acquisition (preferably in EdTech HR or Higher Education).
- Strong understanding of campus recruitment internships and talent development.
- Exceptional networking negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools placement tracking software or HR tech platforms is a plus.
