Job Description


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for technical products.
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and assess competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
  • Deliver technical product presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide continuous training and support to team members on product knowledge.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts budgets and performance reports to senior management.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote product visibility.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Monitor sales team performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and adjust as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in technical sales or a related area.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing sales teams.
  • Effective communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Technical certifications related to the industry will be an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
