Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule :

(20 hours per week) for an initial 3month period with the potential to extend if ongoing support is required.

Job Description

Our Client is seeking a highly capable techsavvy Virtual Assistant to support our business across marketing automation content creation and social media management. Expertlevel experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is essential.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Marketing Automation & GoHighLevel (GHL) Build highconverting landing pages sales funnels and websites Set up and manage automated email sequences CRM setup tagging and lead management Integrate and manage social media campaigns within GHL Social Media Management Design branded graphics and content using Canva Adobe or other Schedule and manage content calendars Chatbot & Lead Magnet Integration Set up ManyChat flows and attach lead magnets for lead capture and automation.

Requirements

Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar virtual assistant or marketing role
Techsavvy and a fast learner of new platforms
Strong organizational communication and time management skills
Able to work independently and manage a parttime (20 hours/week) flexible schedule
Reliable internet connection and own workspace
