Job Summary:
We are looking for a resultsoriented and seasoned professional to lead our Sales and Marketing division. In this role you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking effective leadership capabilities and a consistent track record of achieving performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Oversee the business units financial performance including managing budgets and reporting on revenue costs and profitability to senior leadership.
- Evaluate and refine sales processes to ensure efficiency costeffectiveness and high performance.
- Drive new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor sales activities analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular performance reports to guide team improvement.
- Manage the marketing function including budgeting goal setting and the execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms and media.
- Provide leadership coaching and performance management to the sales and marketing team fostering collaboration and a resultsoriented culture.
- Promote a strong customercentric approach across all touchpoints ensuring highquality service and timely responses to client needs.
- Take on additional responsibilities related to sales and marketing as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related discipline.
- 710 years experience in sales and marketing ideally including exposure to both domestic and international markets especially within the industrial industry.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication interpersonal and decisionmaking skills.
- Deep understanding of market trends customer behavior and strategic business planning.
- Adaptable analytical and goaloriented with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
