Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Lead with handson experience in Selenium and Java to lead our QA efforts. The candidate will be responsible for test framework design script automation and team leadership to ensure robust and reliable software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Java
Lead and mentor a team of automation testers
Define test strategies create test plans and review test cases for functional and regression testing
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in test automation
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Development DevOps and Product Management
Identify automation opportunities and develop reusable test components
Monitor QA metrics and ensure adherence to project timelines
Required Skills:
5 years of handson experience in automation testing using Selenium and Java
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a team lead or mentoring role
Proficiency in frameworks like TestNG JUnit and build tools such as Maven
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control using Git
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and QA best practices
Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with BDD tools such as Cucumber
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured
Exposure to performance or security testing tools
