Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Female Barista/Kitchen Helper to join our team in a busy coffee shop in Oman. The ideal candidate should have experience working in cafes with skills in preparing beverages and assisting with dessert preparation. This is a dual role involving both customerfacing tasks and backofhouse support.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee tea and specialty drinks.
Assist pastry chefs in dessert preparation and basic kitchen duties.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter when needed.
Support daily opening and closing procedures of the caf .
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Barista or Kitchen Helper preferably in a caf or dessert shop.
Handson experience in beverage preparation and assisting in dessert making is highly preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred nationality: Philippine though other nationalities are welcome.
Employment Terms:
Salary: OMR 160 250 per month (based on experience)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day 6 days a week
Overtime: As per company policy
Contract Period: 2 years renewable
Accommodation: Provided by employer
Transport: Provided by employer
Medical Insurance: Provided by employer
Food: Managed by candidate
Eligible Nationalities: Indian Any
Requirements
