We are seeking a skilled and experienced Inventory Control Officer in the Manufacturing pharmaceutical Sector to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate operations in storage and purchasing. Key responsibilities include inventory monitoring quality control verifying documentation cycles invoice matching and supplier account monitoring with a strong focus on using ERP systems particularly Odoo.
- Monitor daily inventory levels of raw materials and packaging materials and ensure their availability.
- Oversee the quality of received and stored materials and ensure compliance with the required standards.
- Ensure full documentation cycle for materials and goods from receipt to system entry.
- Follow up on supplier invoices and match them with the goods received.
- Monitor supplier accounts and coordinate with the accounting department to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct periodic stock counts identify discrepancies and prepare necessary reports.
- Continuously coordinate with the purchasing warehouse and production departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Use Odoo ERP system to update and review inventory and invoice movements.
- Improve operational processes and reduce inventory waste and losses.
Requirements
- A university degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industries.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems especially Odoo.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
