Are you a detailoriented accounting professional looking for a longterm flexible opportunity in a supportive familyfriendly environment We re hiring a Property Accountant for a wellestablished commercial real estate company in Vancouver.
About the Role:
As the Property Accountant you ll oversee fullcycle bookkeeping and accounting for a commercial property portfolio. From accounts payable/receivable to monthly reporting and CAM reconciliations your experience will help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fullcycle bookkeeping and property accounting
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Monthly financial reporting and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review CAM reconciliations
- Work with Sage 300 and Excel to manage GL activity
- Assist with ad hoc financial and operational tasks as needed
What You Bring:
- 2 4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Accounting certificate/diploma or CPA Level 2/3
- Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with Sage 300
- Experience in property management is a strong asset
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
