Hiring Immediately Automotive Sales Manager. Great compensation and benefits.
We are seeking an Automotive Sales Manager for our client Liberty Chevrolet. If you are a high energy person with a positive attitude a passion for excellence and a proven successful track record in Automotive Sales Management we are looking for you! You need to possess a desire and determination to build and grow a high performing team. Training experience is required. You must enjoy being out on the floor meeting customers and doing oneonones with Sales Consultants. Experience in the Domestic Auto Industry is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive management experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have managed teams of sales representatives demonstrate handson sales floor work and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position. Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years experience in a dealership sales environment. Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
