Job Description

LBS1 Special Education Teacher Now Hiring!

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate and qualified Exceptional Needs Educator with an LBS1 endorsement to support PreK students in a resource room setting for the upcoming academic year. This fulltime opportunity is ideal for professionals who are committed to shaping early learning experiences for children with diverse educational needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Apply proactive evidencebased techniques to foster positive classroom behavior.
Establish a structured nurturing and engaging space for young learners.
Adapt lesson plans and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to each student s learning objectives.
Teach foundational academic subjects while reinforcing essential social and daily living skills.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with families and caregivers to celebrate progress and align on goals.
Regularly assess student performance and modify instructional strategies to support meaningful growth.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Special Education (LBS1) endorsement. Successful applicants will have prior experience working with students across a broad spectrum of disabilities and demonstrate a solid background in special education or a related role. A bachelor s degree from an accredited institution is required while a master s degree is considered a strong asset.
