Job Description

Illinois Exceptional Needs Educator Openings ()

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is actively hiring a passionate Special Education Teacher to support early childhood learners in a selfcontained classroom setting. This role calls for a compassionate and collaborative educator who can work closely with families caregivers and school staff to develop inclusive individualized strategies that address each students unique learning profile.

In this position the teacher will take the lead in designing and delivering customized IEPs that align with both academic and socialemotional goals. Working within a team of general education teachers and support staff the educator will ensure students receive comprehensive differentiated instruction in a nurturing and structured environment. The teacher will also be responsible for assessing student progress adapting lessons based on individual strengths and challenges and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with IEP goals.

Beyond academics the role includes providing essential behavioral and emotional support to promote a positive and inclusive learning experience for all students. Building strong relationships and maintaining open communication with families and multidisciplinary teams is a key component of this role ensuring students have the tools they need to thrive in and beyond the classroom.

Requirements

Applicants should bring previous experience in special education with a strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in inclusive instruction. A bachelor s degree from an accredited university is required; a master s degree is preferred. Applicants must hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an LBS1 endorsement alternative certifications will not be accepted.
