Job Description
- Be responsible for designing developing and maintaining Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint.
- Implement user access reviews provisioning/deprovisioning and identity lifecycle management functionalities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SailPoint with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management workflows and access policies.
- Participate in requirement gathering analysis and documentation to support business needs.
- 4 to 6 years of handson experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ platforms.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting IGA solutions in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of Java Beanshell scripting and integration with LDAP/AD databases and web services.
- Experience in rolebased access control policy management and compliance reporting.
- Independently handle SailPoint configuration and customization tasks.
- Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Work in a fastpaced environment and manage shortterm project deliverables.
- Analyze complex problems and deliver practical secure identity solutions.
