Job Description
Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Plan coordinate and execute technical projects from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Collaborate with engineering development and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Manage and mitigate project risks dependencies and bottlenecks.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular project updates and status reports.
Ensure compliance with technical standards best practices and quality benchmarks.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Facilitate technical discussions requirement gathering and solution design sessions.
Monitor project KPIs ensuring deliverables meet business and technical objectives.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party integrations as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Proven experience (5 years) in technical project management within IT software or engineering domains.
PMP/Prince2 Agile/Scrum Master Certification preferred.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent leadership team management and stakeholder communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello MS Project Asana).
Technical background with the ability to understand complex systems and architectures.
Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Budgeting resource allocation and risk management expertise.
