The Opportunity
We re looking for an execution focused supply chain professional to manage procurement operations vendor partnerships and field coordination including greenhouse installations across various geographies. This role will be primarily responsible for sourcing purchasing and inventory planning while also supporting other areas of supply chain management such as logistics coordination ensuring costeffective and timely procurement in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement Execution: Implement procurement strategies aligned with the Annual Operating Plan including makevsbuy decisions costquality optimization and ensuring timely availability of materials.
Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels minimizing overstock or stockouts.
Vendor Management: Identify onboard and manage greenhouse structure and labor vendors with clear SLAs and longterm performance tracking. Build reliable vendor ecosystems to support installation and scale.
Installation Oversight: Coordinate with installation and repair teams to ensure smooth delivery handover and execution of installations across multiple states.
Logistics & Warehousing: Align closely with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely dispatches material flow and interlocation coordination while supporting inventory accuracy.
EndtoEnd Quality Oversight: Drive quality control across the supply chain from material receipt from vendors through warehousing to installation and postinstallation stages ensuring consistency performance tracking and timely corrective actions.

You thrive on taking ownership from negotiating with vendors to unblocking bottlenecks in the field and bring a sharp eye for both detail and delivery. You build strong vendor partnerships manage costs without compromising on quality and ensure smooth coordination across teams and geographies. While deeply rooted in execution you think ahead and create scalable processes. Above all you are driven by the opportunity to create meaningful lasting impact for smallholder farmers.
MustHaves
5 years of experience in supply chain roles including procurement vendor ops and execution
Proven experience in managing endtoend Supply chain operations including sourcing vendor management.
Team leadership experience including direct management of geographically distributed teams (10 15 members or more)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; executionfocused
NicetoHaves
Exposure to rural or agribased operations especially in emerging markets.
Experience in startups or fastscaling organizations ideally in a builder or processsetup role.
Familiarity with Zoho Inventory ERP tools or other digital supply chain systems.
