RPA Developer

Location: Mumbai (Work from Home)

Reporting To: RPA Manager/SVP Automation & Technology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Developer to lead and contribute to our automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and associated technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 4 years of handson development experience with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Automate MS Access MS SQL Server VBA APIs and cloudbased applications. This role requires a strong technical mindset a natural aptitude for process improvement and the ability to work extended hours or weekends when business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop test and deploy endtoend RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate

Develop solutions integrating Power Automate with MS Access SQL Server Excel (VBA) APIs and Power BI

Lead automation projects and work in a team environment.

Refactor existing automation scripts to improve maintainability and reduce technical debt.

Troubleshoot and support production bots resolving exceptions and implementing preventive measures.

Maintain and update SOPs process maps and technical documentation.

Coordinate UAT document outcomes and oversee deployment to production environments.

Ensure high uptime of unattended bot processes by proactive monitoring and tuning performance.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into automation workflows.

Stay updated with the latest RPA and AI features including AI Builder and Microsoft CoPilot

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and integration opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

MustHave:

4 years of experience in RPA development preferably in Finance Accounting or HR automation

Expertlevel proficiency in: Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows) MS Access MS SQL Server Power Query Power BI Software APIs and integration techniques VBA (Excel automation) Python scripting Developing cloudbased applications.

Experience with Microsoft AI Builder and other AI tools

Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering or equivalent (Accounting background is a plus)

Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills

Preferred:

Certifications in Power Automate

Knowledge of Tableau for reporting automation

Work Requirements:
