Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and detailoriented Junior QA Automation Engineer with 1 year of experience to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in automation testing along with a strong foundation in Python or C# and will contribute to building and maintaining robust test suites to ensure software quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and execute automated test scripts using Python or C#.
Perform functional and regression testing for new and existing software features.
Collaborate with developers and QA team members to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
Analyze test results identify defects and assist in debugging and troubleshooting.
Maintain and update test documentation and test cases.
Participate in daily standups sprint planning and other agile ceremonies.
MustHave Skills:
1 year of handson experience in:
Automation QA tools and frameworks.
Writing and executing test scripts.
Functional testing and regression testing practices.
Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python or C#.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Understanding of software development and QA lifecycle.
NicetoHave (Optional) Skills:
Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Experience with testing frameworks like Pytest NUnit or Selenium.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
