Job Description
Reboot Staff is currently seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily customer interactions resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfirst mindset.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson promptly and professionally
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist in processing orders forms and applications
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer issues
Support the customer service team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Professional and courteous demeanor
