We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to join our team in Charlotte. This role involves supporting internal and external communication initiatives crafting marketing materials assisting in campaign development and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate is organized detailoriented and capable of producing highquality content that supports our brand goals and real estate marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral press releases email campaigns and promotional materials
Support communication strategies for new property listings and business developments
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement branding efforts and marketing initiatives
Help coordinate internal communications and updates
Prepare reports and summaries related to campaign performance and communication reach
Maintain brand consistency across all communications and campaigns
Support the planning and execution of community or clientfocused events
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field
12 years of experience in a marketing PR or communications role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and basic design tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
